Here’s a pic of Mama Cat, Amber, and Snowball eating dinner together tonight.

At almost 11 weeks old, Mama Cat is likely to wean her kittens soon. I’m not sure, but this might be one of their last family dinners together.

Mama Cat is still guarding the kittens regularly, but not always. She continues to go to the road behind us to check on her black kitten that previously left the litter (and is staying with relatives). She does this several times every day and night. It must be hard on her, hence her lean frame in spite of all the food I give them.
